The 7-day refresh program is offered twice per year in September and January. This week is designed to help rid short term habits that we tend to fall into over the Summer and Holidays. Between office treats, social engagements, and hectic schedules, it’s so simple to feel as though your nutrition has completely turned upside down. You’re not alone. I designed this program because I and many of my clients have struggled with getting back into a routine after the summer and Holiday season.
