Sport nutrition programs begin with an initial consultation to assess the nutritional demands of your training program, athletic performance goals, as well as your nutrition, medical, and diet history.


Prior to our meeting, you will receive a nutrition assessment form that will need to be returned to me in order to create your personalized sport-specific recommendations. 

My services are designed to meet the needs of athletes locally in Burlington, Ontario, as well as long-distance athletes via remote consultations.
