About Brittany

My Story
I realized early on that my dream career was to become a dietitian. I grew up a competitive hockey player and became interested in the impact that eating certain foods before games had on my performance. I graduated from Western University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition, and a Bachelor of Arts Psychology Major, before pursuing my Masters of Science in Foods and Nutrition and combined dietetic internship program, which I completed in 2014.
As a Registered Dietitian, I work with athletes and non-athletes out of my office in Burlington, Ontario, as well as virtually for clients out of town. I am passionate about providing individualized nutrition advice to help clients reach their goals in a way that suits their lifestyle. I believe in a realistic, “keep it simple” approach to healthy eating, and working with clients to reach their full nutrition potential through sustainable changes.
