Brittany is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition. She works with elite athletes province-wide and is passionate about helping her clients meet their performance and nutrition goals through practical and realistic nutrition advice.
Brittany takes a food-first approach to healthy eating to help individuals implement change, and provides practical nutrition recommendations, including meal and snack ideas to put nutrition theory into practice and support sustainable behaviour change.
